Advantages of including software in the Unified Register
Provision of state support to software right holders whose software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs: exemption from payment of value-added tax (VAT) when selling software (0% instead of 20%);
Opportunity to participate in public procurement;
Ensuring competitive advantages when participating in tenders.
List of works included in the Service
- Preliminary free consultation to assess the possibility of including specific software in the Unified Register
- Assistance in collecting necessary documents and information for preparing the application; verification of submitted information;
- Consultations on preparing technical documents and their verification;
- Conducting verification of the software right holder's website for compliance with the Register requirements;
- Filing the application with the Ministry of Digital Development (if an enhanced qualified electronic digital signature of the software right holder is provided) OR assisting with the right holder's independent application filing via ZOOM (if providing an enhanced qualified electronic digital - signature is not possible);
- Assistance in preparing responses to requests from Ministry of Digital Development experts during the software examination.
