The result is an issued Letters Patent/Trademark Certificate or refusal of legal protection.

Patent Infringement analysis (patent forensic examination, patent-&-technical examination) is an investigation aimed to establish the actual unauthorized use of patent/trademark by third parties. Such examination is carried out by independent experts and registered patent attorneys.
